Service Agreement, Terms & Privacy

1. Scope of Services

Kyson Eco Wash provides exterior pressure washing services, which may include siding, driveways and sidewalks, gutter cleaning, and wood/deck cleaning, as specifically agreed upon in your quote. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins and may vary from an initial estimate based on the actual condition and size of the property.

2. Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled directly with you by phone, text, or email. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Weather-related delays may require rescheduling at no additional cost.

3. Property Access & Preparation

You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas being cleaned, including access to an exterior water source and outdoor power outlet if needed. Please remove or relocate vehicles, furniture, potted plants, and other movable items from the work area before your scheduled appointment.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We currently accept cash and check.

5. Satisfaction

If you have concerns about the quality of work performed, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can review and address them.

6. Pre-Existing Conditions

Pressure washing can reveal, or in some cases worsen, pre-existing conditions on a surface (such as cracked concrete, deteriorated caulking, loose or peeling paint, or aging wood). We use industry-standard techniques and reasonable care, but we are not responsible for damage related to the pre-existing condition of a surface. If we notice a condition of concern before starting work, we'll point it out to you first.

7. Liability

Kyson Eco Wash performs all work using reasonable care and standard industry practices. Our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the cost of the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

9. Privacy

When you request a quote, we collect the details you give us — name, phone, email, address, and job description — and use them only to respond to your request and provide service. We never sell your information.

Our website also uses standard analytics and advertising tools, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which places a cookie to help us understand how visitors use the site and to reach interested homeowners with relevant ads. This data is collected by Meta under its own privacy policy. You can limit this tracking through your browser's cookie settings or Meta's ad preferences.
